Dealing With Some Internal Demons

Warning wall of text incoming!, Spoilers if you don't want to read, (im dealing with some stuff in my life but im ok despite everything)

Background:

I have an dust mites allergy, which causes me rhinitis, very unpleasant and hard to breathe because of it, of course i was receiving a vaccination therapy for two years until the covid outbreak happened.

The issue:

On that period of time i discovered Oxymetazoline, and how quickly was "fixing" my issue, so i started using it every day for years, you might guess where this is going.

that medication is only for extreme cases and not recommended for using it more than a week, in other works i was addicted to that shit, i "needed it" for my daily routine.

a few weeks back i started suffering the consequences of my stupidity, I started to be easily irritable, and quickly depressed, i had trouble sleeping, or not sleeping at all, and on top of that, my nose and throat were getting dry, and i mean REALLY dry, so I decided straight up CUT with the oxymetazoline.

So what now?:

Today i visited an otorhinolaryngologist, and he corroborated what i was suspecting a few weeks back, I "damaged" my nostrils, suffering a chemical rhinitis, this could be irreversible if i got into phase 2, luckily it doesn't looks i got that far, so... what now?..., patience! XD, all i can do is not put any more chemical shit up my nose, and wait to my body to go back to normal which could take months or years, on top of dealing with the other issues of fighting an addiction, trouble sleeping, depression, anxiety..., luckily i'm NOT alone, my mom is constantly calling me, and even coming into my home to help me out.

Hopefully soon I could start my previous allergy treatment.

Also working on my animations helps me to distract my mind and not be so focused on the negative stuff.

Anyways!, sorry for the sudden wall of text and if i got someone worried, despite all the negative stuff i'm ok, im not looking for pity, i just felt the need to explain what was happening that's it XD.
