“A tarnished bronze bell, worn with age, and featuring the visage of a murderous feline. It’s said a person who hears the tinkle of this bell often doesn’t live to tell the tale.”
As an Action you may jingle this bell targeting one creature who can hear it. That creature must make a DC20 Charisma saving throw. On a failed save, all feline creatures become hostile on sight of the target for 8 hours.
Each time you use this item, roll a d20. On the roll of a 1, the Bell affects you, rather than the creature you were targeting.
Once used, the Bell cannot be used again until Midnight.
