“This blade is a relic that has been passed down generation to generation by the warrior priests of the Storm Lord’s order. Wrapped in rayskin from a kaijuesque monster that terrorized the coast, this blade channels the electrical forces of the storm to bolster it’s cutting edge.”
You gain a +2 to Attack rolls made with this magical weapon. Additionally, when using abilities or casting spells that deal Lightning or Thunder damage, you gain a +2 to your Spell Attack Bonus and Spell Save DC.
Raiu Katto - While your blade is sheathed, you may use an action to draw it with the speed of lightning and resheath it with the power of thunder. All creatures in a 15ft. cone in front of you must make a Dexterity saving throw against your spell save DC, taking 6d6 Lightning damage on a failed save and half as much on a successful one. After this, all creatures in a 15 ft radius must make a Strength saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failure, they take 2d10 Thunder damage and are pushed 15ft. Backwards in a straight line. If they succeed, they take half as much damage and are not pushed.
You may use this ability a number of times equal to your spellcasting modifier.
Takashio - As a bonus action, you may surround yourself with the power of the storm. Until the end of the turn, you are immune to opportunity attacks and whenever you move adjacent to a creature, you may choose to move them 5 feet away from you as you pass. This forced movement can only affect a creature once per turn.
