Girls und Panzer Das Finale 3 REACTION

Nah they keep getting more insane, I love the minimal dialogue! The battles got so intense and we are now approaching the final movie...

Girls und Panzer Das Finale 3 REACTION

Comments

Girls und Panzer das Finale - Part 3. Even more action-focused than the previous movie with the scenes between being very minimal. It made for a great end to the Chihatan battle and a decisive beginning to the Continuation battle. Even just the small plot point of Momo slowly having to take things more into her own hands is cool... especially now that Miho is out for the match. - 2:50: Having translated OP credits was certainly not something I was expecting. I mean I know that such fansubs which do that do exist, but I don't think I have ever seen one like that. - 3:18: Looks like it when it says "Music Production: Lantis". The only other anime I know it for sure for and have watched so far which has music "produced" by Lantis would be Hyakkano. - 5:38: Now... a passing thought in my mind when reading this: "They're not gonna pull the same point as in der Film with that even if they win, Momo will still not get into the same university as the other two of the former Student Council as this has not been officially confirmed that she'd." - 7:10: And of course the matter that basically every part of Oarai which is shown in the series does actually exist basically 1:1 in the real Oarai. - 30:12 / 30:21: "Japan vs Russia" Did you really make that mistake again in saying that Black Forest is Japan? It's still Germany. Well... at least you corrected it yourself this time. - 44:56: I do remember that the Finnish instrument was explained by someone else under the das Film reaction already. Though someone else also explains it here too. - 53:13: Ah yes, of course... for some that can be a make or break for action anime if there's too much explanation.

For next anime, could be Gundam: The witch from Mercury The gundam franchise is huge, but that anime is really good for new people to get into the franchise

-The fact that Mako and Sodoko has the best vision is a recurrent thing in the anime, isnt just a random skill for 1 episode. -When they switch positions is a great scene, how they trust in others skills. -The finnish instrument is called Kantele -The movie they rabbit team is watching is called "The Great Scape" -Most people like to comment war reference, I like to give other references. -About Oarai being a real town, I invite you to watch pics in google, or watch this youtube channel, to get an idea how is oarai, its a unique case for a city with anime, no other anime has the scale of "sacred place" like this one https://www.youtube.com/@sencam-oarai-tv/videos

I really liked the Saunders sniper chick but then they just had to one-up her by turning Simo Häyhä into an anime girl. This series really perfected fanservice for grown ass men.

During The Winter War Finland fought a desperate war against a far more stronger military USSR force and wrestled the soviets onto the negotiation table only for them to demand to keep all its gains and claim further territory it wasn't yet occupied, when the Finish protested why should they give them more land given they were the ones suing for peace (if my memory serves) the soviets escentially said "well, you can give it to us or we can take it ourselves" to which the Fins had no comeback bc the truth was Finland was being slowly crushed under the weight of soviet loses... it was really a matter of time and they knew it, so they accepted their terms. Fast forward a couple years and Finland joins the axis in the invation of the USSR in what they called (even until this day if I am not mistaken) The Continuation War, which is where Continuation High School gets their name from. Fins forces were sigificantly stronger than during The Winter War since they counted with Germany's back up but they were still more of a supporting/auxiliary role since, amswering your question at 39:40, no, they didn't have a strong army

Enrique Barloco

To answer your question yes Finland were the greatest badasses during the war, Stalin sent half a million Russian troops to take Finland, Finland won with only 70,000 men, also I like the little arc Erika gets here, and Anchovy trying to do the 'do you know this saying' line

The "White Witch" is a direct reference to Simo Häyhä, nicknamed "The White Death" by Russia's Red Army. Simo is arguably the deadliest sniper in history, with over 500 kills credited to his name, all achieved within LESS then 100 days during the Winter War (Finland vs Russia, 1939-1940). Even without the GuP link to him, I highly recommend watching a Youtube documentary on Simo Häyhä. The guy was an absolute beast. There are also a few movies based on him. "Is that a Finnish instrument?" - Yep! That is a Kantele, a traditional Finnish and Karelian plucked string instrument. And speaking of the Kantele... MUSIC TIME! I didn't talk about this song when we heard it in der Film, because I knew it would be in das Finale 03 and figured I'd mention it here instead, considering we're heading into a match against Continuation. At 40:25 in your Patreon video, we hear Continuation's theme song. And when you hear it start to play, you know some wild shit is about to happen. Säkkijärven Polkka ("the Säkkijärvi polka"), also called the "Karelian-Finnish Polka," is a well-known folk tune from Finland, popular with Finnish accordionists to the extent that it can be called their national anthem.

Yeah, AFAIK, finland was a force to be reckoned with during WWII. I mean Russia tried to invade them with a force 4 times as big (If I remember correctly) and lost. BTW that "White Witch" is a reference to Simo Häyhä nicknamed "the White Death". The worlds deadliest sniper believed to have had over 500 kills.

Johan Karlsson

Maybe it will already on the poll but Girls Last Tour is a great view
