As a polyamourous person, who enjoys this series for more than entertainment, I have to overlook the extreme irony of this having to be a big development between Hahari and Rentaro. In fact, his line there could be on the poster if this anime was a movie. Lolz. Still, this is a touching, meaningful moment between them, and completely valid. Loving someone does not have to mean you love someone else less. That's not how love is meant to be. One can fall out of love with someone, and have love grow deeper with someone else, but there is NOTHING right about feeling bad that sincere love doesn't hold only a single person in your heart.

In anime, guys are so often vilified as being uncontrollable or always inspired by naughty things. Girls enjoy that stuff, too. Some even more than guys. It took me a long time to understand that my lover got something from seeing me naked. It is a disservice to act like chicks don't do stupid shite when horny. They are human. Humans like seeing naughty bits, damn it!

I mean, in this way, this anime is truly unique. There are other Harems, but while the most are just in a maybe maybe not situation, there are still some with a real Harem, but no Anime with a protag-kun like Rentaro.

2024-07-12 18:58:26 +0000 UTCAnother anime that I really enjoyed not too long ago was Otherside Picnic, it's a sort of weird horror anime that's got an interesting plot to it and a finished season one with no need for a season two. Just as a possible new anime to look into!
