Felicia and Sana melt my heart this episode. Sana, ya just feel wretched for hiw she has been treated all around. You want her to be happy so badly. Felicia, well...her berserker nature in battle make her endearing sweetness when she is comfortable in the company of her new family feel so rewarding and kawaii. Mami's playing for the other team was such a great shock. Like, she's the "For Justice Magical Girl," according to Sayaka in Madoka Magica, yet here, she is in a cult. Not that it's a stretch, considering how intently she wanted to not be alone and how much she wanted to make the world safer for her juniors.

You were so right about season 2. You gotta refresh or need to have seen S1 right before. So many MG names and such.

2025-08-14 08:22:22 +0000 UTCI think that as long as you remember enough of what happens in season 1, then the next season won't be that hard to follow. When the first season of Magia Record was released I really liked it and understood it well. But then the second season took a long time to be released and I watched 4 episodes and I was getting lost because I couldn't remember the names of the characters or some things that had happened before, so I decided then to watch the whole anime from the beginning and watch all the seasons in a row. There are still going to be a lot of mysteries that will be explained later, so sometimes you'll be confused. An small detail that I noticed watching these reactions is that since the episodes where Iroha is living with Yachiyo, you can see in the opening how Yachiyo starts to smile in the scenes she appears because before in the same scenes she was always serious. Another thing, Yachiyo and Mifuyu are older than the rest, since they go to college.
