I'm well trained to feel whatever emotions an anime is intending me to feel, but I do get sorrow easier than most. :( I gotta say, with each new reaction co ing out. I get more and more befuddled by how so many folks talk bad about this series. Okay, yeah, it ain't Puella Magi Madoka Magica, bit it IS a fun and cerebral take of Tragical Girls of the same ilk. I'm so glad you are enjoying it.

The Japanese could totally have been a different meaning. I do so wish the translators would pay greater attention to details like that, because yes, her with did NOT come true, if that is what she said. Then again, we know for a damn fact that Sana is not even a fraction as powerful as Madoka was, so perhaps her wishes can only ask for so much?
