Changes since 2405.08:
Improved the Epic Thunderstorm option. Foliage now has SSS when looking at the Lightning bolt and in general the contrast is not as drastic anymore. Generated normals now also work with the lightning bolt
Added an emissive diamond enchanting table option

Tweaked purple end fire colors again, torches and lanterns are yet to be decided if they get another tweak

Improved the dragon healing beam color handling so they now work better with custom colors
Fixed atmospheric colors breaking the border fog
Fixed Overworld beams not working correctly / improved the look of them a tiny bit
Other minor fixes
