Animation WIP -- Tongue Lurch Loop

This WIP shows only 3 frames. I'm envision 12 - 16 frames for a smooth up and down lurch loop w a wide range of tongue and footpaw motion :>
I'd like to work on this for February's first animation stream, unless I lose interest before then & we come up with a better idea xD
