TWO videos this month!
Added 2019-01-01 18:39:54 +0000 UTCI got a DM from a subscriber (I won't reveal the name, because it was a private message, unless I get permission to do so) asking me how I render skin tones in my drawings.
Ordinarily I'd consider this an entry for the January 2019 Q & A video, but that won't be coming until the end of the month, and I don't want him to wait that long for the answer.
Plus, if I put a "how-I-do-it" tutorial into the monthly video, I fear it'll make it run too long. Yet I think video–actually showing how I do it–is better than a series of mere screenshots during the process.
So I've decided to produce a video dedicated only to my process of coloring skin tones. I'll be creating a new illustration for the video (which might also be the Pic of the Month); it'll probably be Tetsuko because I enjoy drawing her, and I think you all like looking at her.
I'll also do the monthly Q and A video near the end of the month, so this can be a first "call for questions" for that video. Any questions you have, please leave them in the comments below.
