Well, I'm not sure about rape. But the upcomming part of the comic will contain a certain element of painal ^^ I'm not sure how long it will be. 3-5 more pages is my estimate, It's just generally planed out so we shall see!

They really let your imagination run wild, haha. And I love how Elizabeth's huge ass looks as she is walking away!
