This time it's a maple syrup cake with pecans!
彼女が手に持っているお菓子は「もみじ饅頭」と呼ばれるもので、広島や厳島など西日本で親しまれているそばと米を使った名物菓子です。
The snack that she's holding is called as "momiji manju", a speciality buckwheat and rice sweet, popular in the western region of Japan, such as Hiroshima and Itsukushima.

楓の葉の形からも秋を連想させるので、これを絵に描きました。
It is also associted to Autumn because of the maple leaf shape, which is why I included the this into the drawing.
ほとんどの場合、日本のストリートケーキのほとんどと同じように、小豆の餡が入っています。 誰かがこれらの場所を訪れたら、ぜひ試してみてください。
Most of the time It contains azuki bean fillings, just like most of the street cakes from Japan. If anyone visits those places, don't forget to give it a try!
