Added 2025-09-10 20:00:10 +0000 UTCOOH ghosts!! And we need to get excited because the Doctor is excited! I do love a good creepy ghost story, and it's made even better with the Doctor to protect us.
Some great lines/moments in this episode. The Doctor taking charge, Clara being so brave, the cue cards... Come on 😅 he certainly needs a little help from his friend from time to time!
And another two part episode? We are being spoiled!

A solid two parter this. You've seen four Matt Smith episodes by the writer, Toby Whitehouse. He was also the creator and lead writer of an excellent show with a Buffy/New Who feel called Being Human. It would totally be on your to-watch list if you weren't inundated with great requests. The pitch? A vampire, a werewolf and a ghost in a house share. Well maybe next time.

Do love a good two parter, one of my pet peeves in sci fi or I guess weekly shows like this is when you get a good episode but then it's wrapped up in two minutes at the end cause they gotta go, so it's ends like 'Oh and er, he did it because of this, see you next week!' So do like when we get a second part and they can go more in depth. The cheat cards is one of the best Doctor bits, I love it so much. And the duty of care scene was really sweet too, it shows just how much the Doctor really cares for Clara.
