Doctor Who P.S. Reaction
Added 2025-04-29 20:00:06 +0000 UTCI've had a lot of suggestions for me to watch the P.S. Minisode, and I decided to share my reaction to it with you! Like I explained in the intro, I want reactions to minisodes to be seen as a bonus. They won't be done all the time - mostly just for the ones recommended a lot and if I feel like it at the time. I always want my reactions to be from a place of pleasure and happiness, and I don't ever want to feel like it's something I have to do.
That being said - I'm SO glad I watched this minisode! It was just gorgeous. I loved it!

It’s definitely bittersweet, and—at least—brings closure after having Amy & Rory torn (!) away from us. Having Arthur (Rory) read the letter aloud made me realize what a lovely voice he has, and how much I/we have come to love him. It may have started Amy… + Rory but it ended Amy AND Rory. I’ve seen this a half dozen times, but it still brought tears to my eyes—again. Not to argue—do what works best for you!—but I’m genuinely confused by your aversion to the mini-sodes. Some are literally canon; others, granted, are more fluff. But whether you record them & react to them they should be watched if at all possible. After all, you’re a Whovian now… 😃

2025-05-10 04:43:21 +0000 UTCI was sure that you'd love this conclusion to Amy's and Rory's (and Brian's and Anthony's) story and I'm very glad that you watched it and shared it with us. Or as a completely other writer put it: "I will not say: do not weep; for not all tears are an evil."
