Doctor Who 3x3 Gridlock | Full Reaction

Now, I don't mean to upset anyone here, but I just HAVE to mention something that's in this episode. I cannot keep it contained any longer!

CATS!! KITTENS!! CATS!!!

AND THEY ARE SO CUTE!

My new obsession in life is seeing the Doctor with cats. We've seen it a few times now, but this episode takes the cake.

I might actually change the thumbnail because I'm not sure if having Boe in it is too spoilery.... So, it could change so don't be alarmed! Just go and watch the cat part again and you'll soon forget that you may have seen two types of thumbnails ๐Ÿคฃ

THAT IS SO TRUE. And a little bit weird. I'd not have it any other way ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ

The very first Doctor (1960's) for the first few seasons one of his 'companions' was his actual grand-daughter, so knowning he was a father is not a revalation, but the time war stuff was.

Michael Champion

Something occurred to me just now. The Face of Boe is not a person. Not even an actor. The Face is literally just a big rubber prop. But... you, me, and everyone cries at the death of the Face of Boe. DOCTOR WHO is so good, it makes us cry for a big rubber head.

Martin Holt

Is it YOUR kitten?

Martin Holt

Such a great episode! David Tennant never fails to make me emotional over that speech at the end. I also love The Face Of Boe and them kittens are adorable ๐Ÿฅฐ Great Reaction! โค๏ธ

LMAO!!! Maybe that's what he meant ๐Ÿคฃ

One new thumbnail coming up! WITH KITTEN ๐Ÿ˜ป๐Ÿ˜ป

Juliette Gaming

Juliette - you are not alone - in thinking the kittens were soooo frickin adorbs!!! Thumbnail change approved.

When Brannigan talked about the guy who inhaled the motorway fumes and ended up with a 50-foot swollen head, did anyone else think of the Face of Boe?

Martin Holt

The costume design of the couple at the beginning was based on the classic painting AMERICAN GOTHIC by Grant Wood.

It's one of my favourite episodes too, and it has an interesting twist: Around 22:20, you'll see a poster on the left wall. Something to look out for!

Great reaction, as always. I feel this episode is massively underrated. Some brilliant performances and big steps for this seasons story. We will learn more about the Face of Boe before the end of 10's run and I can't wait to see you figure out all the crumbs. See you next time <3

The Rising Ape

The end where 10 speaks to Martha honestly about "The Time War" & what he keeps running from, it's so emotionally hard. Tennant really conveys the emotion (This scene is very well known) & the singing you can hear is called "Abide With Me" now I don't know the entire history of it but it's traditionally sung at every FA Cup Final in May (Football/Soccer) & always evokes some great prestige by the thousands who sing it in the stadium. It was a beautiful touch in this episode. This is a video from a final with the crowd singing along -https://youtu.be/hqHqC8PLJfU?si=BQWgJElSw2hMCU4K

Neil ๐Ÿ’œ A huge face in a jar made me cry. Well, what's new, really?! I seem to have a bit of a problem in the waterworks department quite a bit ๐Ÿคฃ He was just wonderful, and so majestic. It will be very sad to not see him around anymore ๐Ÿ˜ญ The beautiful kittens were a highlight for me. I could happily live in a world full of those cat people! I hope you have a lovely week ahead of you, Neil ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š

Juliette Gaming

I loved it, too! So many great and memorable moments. Glad to hear it's a favourite of yours as well ๐Ÿ’œ

Juliette Gaming

BAHAHAHA I think I'd be there beside you in the jail cell ๐Ÿคฃ

This is my favourite episode of New Who. For me, even if there are episodes that I think are better, and I can admit it's partly due to nostalgia, but this episode hits for me in so many ways.

Hugh Diffey

If I lived in a city full of cat people, I'd get arrested. Sentient or not, a cat's belly is gonna get rubbed.

Martin Holt

One of my favourite episodes and it's only going to get better...

TDA Entertainment

This episode is under rated...

The Dog Whisperer

Loved the reaction as always, the Macra was an enemy from classic who (from one story i believe)

Well, that traffic jam was certainly more exciting than any I've ever been stuck in! Goodbye Boe, you were awesome until the very end. Before you started watching Who, I don't imagine you ever thought you'd get teary eyed over a huge face in a jar hey Juliette? The actor who played the cat-man, Brannigan, was Ardal O'Hanlon, and he also happens to have starred in possibly the greatest sitcom ever made, Father Ted. If you ever find yourself looking for something funny to watch maybe give it a try sometime, you won't regret it! A great reaction to a great episode. Thanks Juliette.
