Something to consider for your Sunday fun time is trying demos. Steam has been pushing games with demos recently, so there are a lot of good ones out there you can try for free--no money, no commitment, and you can have a spot of fun. Then if you like it and the audience reaction is good, you could buy it more confidently. IE, Chicken Police demo might be fun. The trailer won me over when I first saw it. :P
