You may have noticed it, but sometimes people miss that the pirate that Xander beats up in the Alley is Larry, the guy that was messing with him at the beginning of the episode at the vending machine. Which is why Xander says beating him up gave him a sense of closure.

2023-05-07 18:03:27 +0000 UTCThis is the first Buffy episode I ever saw, and it's such a good one. The bad guy is quite charismatic, and changing people into their costume is a great idea. And Giles knows him! Plus we get to see that guitarist who likes Willow again. Very interesting.

It’s always bad on YouTube (to the point of pilot reactions spoiling last episode events) and it’s, unfortunately carried over to patreon at this point ... if you don’t have anyone giving you an all clear or curating patreon comments you’ll likely want someone ... it’s gotten really bad for some other reactors.

Spike is such an interesting villain, he takes the time to study opponent and does not hesitate to retreat when he knows he can't win. That makes him much more dangerous than the normal vamps who just attack and die. Anyway can't wait for the next one, see you then.

It's so important to me that you all feel happy and comfortable to share these moments with me and to me, it is just like watching with friends too 🥰 I am so glad Buffy realises that Angel wants something other than a helpless female in a pretty dress and nice hair. She offers something to Angel that he's never experienced before and I just adore them together 💜

2023-05-06 23:16:37 +0000 UTCYes this is one of my favorite episodes. When Buffy decides to do comedy they do it well 🤣🤣. Giles has baggage like all of us but the revel was a little unsettling. Buffy looked so incredible in that dress and so helpless when Spike had her. It seemed like she shrank to a little girl in that moment. I hated her losing her power but it was so satisfying when she got it back. It is very fun to watch with you, almost as good as having a friend over to share my favorite show with.
