Early Access Edited Episodes
Added 2023-03-07 20:46:43 +0000 UTCDo you guys want to see the edited episodes early access as well as the full ones? It would be easy for me to keep the episodes as unlisted over on YouTube and share the link here. That way you can watch the edited down version if you don't have time/don't want to synch it up.

2023-03-08 08:42:04 +0000 UTCFor Buffy I sync my own copy, but for Firefly I cannot do that (I have them on Blu-ray, which I cannot play on the machine where I watch) so early access to those would be very much appreciated. But I can always wait until they're publicly available anyway so it's no big deal either way. *edit: except of course Firefly is already complete on youtube so early access is moot... I'll blame it on a lack of sleep.

Once I've used the edited versions on YouTube to decide if I want to sign up to someone's Patreon I tend to leave those edited versions behind and just watch the full ones. Having said all that it's something that a lot of Patreon accounts do as a little added bonus in value for signing up, although there's a bunch that don't bother as well. I guess it all comes down to how much extra work it results in for you, mostly finding a consistent time to insert them into the upload schedule I suspect. tldr, nice little bonus if you do, I don't think anyone would miss them if you didn't.

Early access to videos is not something that I've ever really cared about myself though, so I'm perfectly fine with watching them at the same time as everyone else if that's easier for you.
