Added 2021-01-31 13:50:39 +0000 UTCHey guys I'm putting some new approaches to this month's mod update which are now possible with raytracing shaders.
I'm really excited that now SEUS supports POM, so I'll start adding parallax textures I've been experimenting with to my mod from now on and update couple of existing PBR only to POM to enhance them. So my plan is to replace couple of vanilla blocks first now.
Another thing that's coming to the update is more mod functionality. I wanted to make auto connected models for a while and as you see on the gif here's the first cupboard test now fully working. So you only need one block to place full 3 (or more) part cupboard. More multi part models will come with this in the future as well.
A radio system can now play up to 10 tracks which you can add to the mod yourself manually. Sound is now also sources from the speakers not the radio unit as before and multiple speakers can be connected to the system in a certain radius.
Few more things are being planned but I won't talk about those yet since there's quite a lot of work to do for that, but are really exciting!
Sadly Fabric port will have to wait still. I know I've been promising this for a while but it's not only dependent on me but other developers so I can't do more than ask them to update it. I want to use Fabric more than anything as I have couple of other plans once it's done and I really want to test them out including 1.16.4 live server. So let's hope Fabric port option comes out soon.

2021-02-04 10:57:22 +0000 UTCIt supports it but you can't get POM with E12 yet only PBR so new textures will look more flat. But it's still better to use E12 at the moment with my mod because of the custom emissive objects since HRR has no edits yet.
