You know, I've never seen that all the way through? There's a movie called "Blood of Dracula" in a similar vein (and budget) with a pretty girl at a girls boarding school who, thanks to a sinister science teacher's experiments, periodically turns into a pretty feral looking vampire. It's actually considered part of an unofficial trilogy along with "I Was a Teenage Werewolf" and "I Was a Teenage Frankenstein," which I guess all had similar plots. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blood_of_Dracula
