In her universe there's a chance you might have the necessary gene for huge breasts. So maybe one in ten thousand or so end up with a cup size outside of the alphabet. Some people are able to unlock that genetic potential, as Fang and Jodie do. Michelle, on the other hand, has that gene, as well as a case of breast hypertrophy, so she ends up being exponentially bigger for it.
