This Week in Seeds of Fate, work began on the story past the last release, so from now on, there are SPOILERS. I'll try to keep the screenshots from ruining too much though. So, the fun stuff to look at are a new map: Ship Cabin. It might not look like much, but that's because it's not animated. Took a while but I figured out how to get the whole thing to bob up and down with the waves. Next, a new enemy called Samejin. It's a Land Shark! Samejin has a passive skill called Waterskin, which ups his fire resistance while he's above 50% health. (Btw, Slimes also share this ability.) But perhaps the biggest news is the underlying coding. A lot of work has been put into bug testing and adjusting a relatively new feature: custom damage formulas. What this means is that now skills can pull from different variables. So, for example, there may be enemies that do damage that scales with how much gold you currently have, or how many times you've run from battle. While some party members may get skills that vary depending on how many battles you've won, how much MP you currently have, how many steps you've taken, and much more!
