Jay thought he was soooo clever and bet that he'd watch another episode of the show he dislikes the most if he lost to a Bot in Mario Party. Well, he rolled the dice and lost. And so, we get to watch Jay die a little inside as we watch the pilot episode of Lucifer.

2022-10-25 00:06:58 +0000 UTCGiven Niel Gaimon is a source of both Lucifer and Hell Boy (https://ew.com/movies/hellboy-gave-neil-gaiman-his-start-in-writing-movies-tv/) it would not be surprising if there was overlap in story concepts. If you watch the Sandman series (also Neil Gaimon) there is a Lucifer character with Mazikeen. There is also a Constantine family. As to Flash. This Lucifer has a cameo in the Flash multiverse when they do the flash point, arc I think, and Constantine (also a Niel gaimon character) goes to this series's universe where he talks to Lucifer.

2022-10-23 01:20:50 +0000 UTCI watched it all the way through but I'll never stop saying how disappointed I was that this show didn't have the dark(real dark) edge that the pilot brought to it. There was so much potential there for that but it went in another direction(that I won't discuss cause of spoilers)

Once the show hits its stride it starts to pay off in later seasons with the storylines. very rare does a show complete its character storylines, but I can say what makes this show a #1 in my book is that every character and storyline gets resolved. no cliff hangers. you are left with a feeling of closure at the end of season the final episode in the final season.
