Update… they removed the actor. I always check IMDb in case they reveal the name of an alien character, etc. This morning, IMDb is showing a new cast member. If it’s accurate, Episode 7 and/or 8 is going to be incredible. Spoiler warning!!!

Exactly. Star Wars fans are rarely satisfied. They made such a stink over the colorful Mod scooters and criticize Boba Fett because he...talks too much? On his own show? And he's not supposed to change and grow apparently. He's just supposed to be quiet and kick ass and be one dimensional like he always was. But now they're mad because he's not in this excellent episode of television. Which yeah, I get that because I missed him, but only because I LIKE this show! I like animal-loving Boba. I want to see the Mythosaur appear and I want Boba to ride it. I don't care if it's here or on The Mandalorian. All of it is good, even if the flavor changes sometimes.

I’ll just share that my personal fave moment to the reaction was when they rolled out the Naboo fighter. Like Jay, I too flash backed to a “greased lightening” moment. I was vindicated! Lol

1) points for a Bleach reference! .... 2) Even though Boba fett wasnt in this episode, I liked the way they did it cause it killed 2 birds with 1 stone. boba needed people so the mandalorian is joining, awesome, but we would have had all these unanswered questions, wheres grogu? what about a new ship? whats going on with the darksaber? this cleaned up some loose ends, set up mando season 3, and with all the flashbacks and such with the previous boba episodes, this reestablishes the timeline of where everybody is at right now. I posted this comment on YouTube, but it's true: Jay and I had exactly the same reaction to the opening fight: uncontrollably laughing while simultaneously crying. Oh, and clapping till my hands turned red! God, it was so good! But, you are correct, suh: This is The Book of Boba Fett, not Mando. Also, you're the only reactors I've seen who realized The Armorer made chain-mail. Not sure why. But so, so epic.

It’s interesting how polarizing Star Wars can be. I read comments all day. There are two main camps. A few in the middle. You either liked it because Boba was missing, or you hated it because Boba was missing. I didn’t give it much thought. I was too engrossed in the story for it to matter. I reacted differently to the Naboo starfighter, not because I was fond of the scenes with Young Anakin, but because Filoni and Favreau continue to remind us where we are and what came before in new and exciting ways. And Bryce’s direction was amazing.

Star Wars fans are so frustrating. They will never, ever be happy. Ok maybe they'll be happy for two minutes, but then they'll spend the rest of their time complaining that nothing is ever as good as those two perfect minutes were and they HATE it.
