Back in the episode "With Apologies to Jesse Jackson" Cartman fights a little person that resembles actor Warwick Davis. Cartman beats him up and makes him say "Uncle!" and "Carol Anne, don't go into the light!" That was a reference to the movie "Poltergeist." Here in this episode, the way the Walmart dies is also a callback to "Poltergeist." I also love the goofy reference in this episode to "The Matrix: Reloaded." Oh yeah, and the obligatory request for "Woodland Critter Christmas."
