I use that site, it's incredibly convenient for skipping filler and recap.

Re-caps skipping works, if you show us like 5-10 seconds at least of the moment you skipping into, also once a time you would need to show us new intro with recap but still better than re-caps on every episode. Here is a site that let you see where recaps end, the blue line https://aniwave.to/watch/bleach.6j9/ep-193 don't judge, re-caps are inconsistent in length you would need to use sites like the one i provided or other one's that marked recap end.

The filler arcs are totally disconnected to the main story. When its entire arcs like that, its not like they go back to a different world and do a "meanwhile" type thing. These arcs usually involve ichigo and other "main" characters "currently" doing things. The last filler arc you skipped was about a new replacement captain in the soul society to fill vacancies left by aizen, gin, and tosen.

Usually the recap is over by the time they show the title card but not 100% of the time

Honestly, story-wise, I think Bleach's filler arcs are actually pretty decent, they just don't have much to do with the main cannon story and kind of detract from the overall pace of the anime. The biggest problem with the filler arcs is that they drag out the pacing even moreso than the main story. Most of the filler arcs take up like two whole seasons and honestly there's only enough story in them for one season at best. Although some of the single episode fillers can be pretty light-hearted and fun, like the beach episode filler

The English translation actually censored the name of Pink Hair's powers. His power's name is actually "Fornicaras" instead of "La Lujuriosa." You can even hear him say the actual name instead of what the subtitle says.

The length of recap is pretty irregular, so I'd say just skim and skip to around a minute or 30 seconds before the title card. That way you don't accidentally skip new content, because sometimes they might sneak in new content at the very end of the recap, though iirc it's very rare and usually unimportant shots. At worst you'd only be watching 1 minute of recap.
