It sucks - especially when I pick out my eyebrows! - and it seems impossible to quit for more than a few days. The hair always grows back though, thankfully. Some therapies - like CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) - should help deal with it. Antidepressants like Prozac are also supposed to help some people with compulsive disorders like this one, but didn’t work for me. Anyway, good luck! At least you still have a full head of healthy-looking hair and no receding hairline!
