I've failed as an artist.
Added 2018-07-11 04:25:57 +0000 UTCI've been gone for a while now. I hit a major road block in my artistic career that I wasn't prepared to handle. I burnt out on creating artwork and could not find a way to get over it and return to creating again. It has affected me a lot but with a recent regimen I have been making slow progress back into creating again.
I apologize deeply for taking so much time off but I am here trying my best to continue again. I wish I knew how to prepare for this ahead of time and deal with it now but we're making due.
In the meantime what's planned for the next couple months is to finish this doujin and make it as beautiful as possible. I know in my heart it will be an excellent piece when it's finished. However, I need to fight my way back into the creative spirit again.
Once the doujin is complete I'll be taking a month or two off in order to focus on practicing my fundamentals again and improve myself before returning to commissions. I will still be posting here in the lapse of commissions with what I've been working on.
I've hit bottom as an artist so I need to work my way back up again. I'll do that with trying my best to reestablish consistent work and keeping up on social media.
I apologize one last time for the disappearance on my end.
I still truly appreciate everyone who has come and gone to support me here on patreon and everywhere else also. It means a lot to me and I have not taken any of it for granted. Unfortunately I just hit bottom.
