When I was a kid, I thought it would be really cool to have a second pair of hands instead of feet. So convenient! (In retrospect it would not really be that convenient, I think I'd just like four arms please. I've been getting into synths lately and I want to be able to play and turn the knobs at the same time.) I love middle legs/feet/arms/hands (and breasts! but middle breasts are hardly different xD) because they are unique; you would never see them on a normal person! I love the symmetry! I would really like to see more middle arms and hands, maybe on a tripod girl with 3 breasts and 3 eyes too! The middle hand would have 2 thumbs, 2 index-ring fingers, and middle finger, with the thumbs on opposite sides of her hand, and I think the middle arm would come out right between her shoulder blades, in the middle of her back, right below her neck. Would look gorgeous!

One I have seen that looks very pretty is a face with one eye on one side, but the other has to eyes spaced closely, one over the other. I think that if the single eye wore e.g. purple eyeshadow, and the paired eyes wore e.g. one red and one blue, that would look excellent.
