Story ideas

A new poll will be coming soon, but before that, I wanted to hear you guys' thoughts on two possible story ideas. They've been cluttering my head and I kinda want to get them out of there and onto paper, so I'm thinking I'll write the first chapter of each and upload those and then place them in the polls as well.

The first one is a PJO SI fic as the son of Kratos (original, not GoW). He becomes a big brother figure to Luke, Annabeth and Talia while they're still on the run and eventually takes that role for almost all kids in the Camp due to being in his early twenties and thus older than any other demigod (which is depressing as fuck). He'll try to protect them from monsters but also from gods who he will consistently call out on their utter bullshit. The idea is that Luke still goes 'bad', but with genuine good intentions of trying to forge a better world for his fellow demigods. Big kicker is that the SI will have let slip the existence of other pantheons and Luke starts tracking them down to form his own misfit army from several pantheons, which leads to an overarching threat of the world simply being unmade entirely, with Luke's hope that he can make a new one without gods and just demigods. SI needs to mentor Percy and his generation of heroes in becoming better than they were in canon. Intended pairing is Zoe.

The second one is a Cyberpunk Edgerunners SI fic as the son of Sasquatch, a leader of the Animals and the first (and only) natural born Animal, giving him huge strength and speed even without chrome or drugs. He'll be a bit older than David Martinez and try to look out for a him a bit, most notably by leading the Animal raid that originally led to David's mom's death and making sure to avoid civilian casualties. Stuff happens and through his friendship with David, the SI comes into contact with the rest of Maine's crew and is intent on saving them from their canon fates as well. This eventually brings him into a massive conflict with Adam Smasher, a sort of Meat vs. Metal clash.
