Overhaul

So, I mentioned this in the AN of the last chapter of Paragon, but for those who haven't seen that, I'll post it here as well.

I'm thinking of revisiting the way I set up this whole Patreon thing. I definitely feel like I've let it fall to the wayside. Not only is that unfair to everyone who supports me (all 10 of you at this point, thanks for sticking with me!), but it's also I can't afford to let slide anymore.

As mentioned, I'm pretty much broke at this point. Being alive is expensive as hell y'all. That said, I've heard from multiple people that there are other authors who manage to make a decent living off their work, so I though I'd give that a shot as well.

But for that to work, I can't use this Patreon as I have in the past. Some changes need to be made. Now, that's obviously easier said than done. What changes? There was some talk of maybe giving Patreons early access to future chapters, but given my already low upload speed, I feel like that would be unfair to many readers. There was also the idea of picking up the voting system I used way back in the beginning. That never really got of the ground, since I had too few Patrons and everybody voted 12 Steps anyways. Maybe I can restructure the Tier system? Going from 1, 2 and 5 dollars to 20 is a pretty massive leap without a benefit reflecting that.

So, I'll put it to you (and to other readers in a future AN of the next chapter I'll upload): what do you want to see change here? What Tiers would you feel are appropriate and what do you expect as a compensation for each Tier? What's a reasonable tactic that would draw people in here without basically keeping chapters hostage for money?

I'm really looking forward to seeing how I can change this space to something that we can all feel good about, and I'm eager to explore it together with all y'all.
