Hey all! Been working on this with DrF over this past month & I finally managed to get it all done!
Basically, if you've ever seen Batman Beyond then you may recall a villain on there named "Inque" (yes that villain). It would appear that she's ensnared Rossem here & intends to make him into a most malleable vessel, after some conditioning of course. Only time will tell what she intends to do with him after this!
Glad to've gotten this amidst the chaos happening here heh.
