A quick run through Raccoon Forest!
Added 2024-06-01 22:23:02 +0000 UTCLast week a friend of mine wanted to learn how to use a camera - he never held one in his hands before but has the plan of making specified cosplay shootings with another friend.
Since I'm a self-employed photographer I of course offered my help & we did a full day of technical & practical learning for him. And what can I say: damn, he's a fast learner and has a great eye!
He almost instantly used all the technical information I gave him on my professional camera (you know, the ones with the many buttons and settings 😂) and with some advise here and there was able to capture some very, very nice photos of me as Rebecca!
Chose a sporty RPD outfit for a scene like a training run through the woodlands around Raccoon City! 🌲
Even this pic has the focal point on the hands and not on the face (what is more due the backbutton-focus setting on my specific camera, so not his fault), I LOVE it & I'm so proud of his first works!!
So, there's more to come!
(I edited the photo, since we haven't covered post-production yet)

I would love to have it as a print ...i mean if there was a print store (*hint* *wink**hint*) i love the angle and how the light has been catched. Rebecca's pose is so untroubled and relaxed. Her grace and kindness is catched. Such a calming aura. But wait...you give beginner courses...are there still open slots? How much is the fee? Asking for a friend who is desperately trying to understand his cam (*hiding cam*) xD
