The people in the spaceship were General Zod and several of his loyal subordinates who had been sentenced to exile in the Phantom Zone for treason.

When Krypton was destroyed more than 30 years ago, they took the opportunity to escape from the Phantom Zone.

The first thing they did after escaping was to return to Krypton. However, when Zod saw his former home reduced to ruins, he vowed to rebuild Krypton.

They had been wandering in the universe for years, visiting all the outposts that Krypton originally built for colonization, but they found only dead silence everywhere, as if some force had wiped them out again.

With no other choice, they could only collect the bodies of their compatriots and take what they could use.

Using these spaceship parts, they successfully modified a superluminal spaceship and drove it through the stars to find the whereabouts of Kal-El.

Zod knew that Jor-El had stolen the Codex of Life, and he would definitely leave that thing to his children. So, the hope of rebuilding Krypton rested with him.

This time, when Luke used the key to start the ancient explorer spaceship, the special cosmic signal was transmitted across the endless distance to the spaceship of General Zod and his crew.

This signal gave Zod and his team the exact coordinates, giving them a final destination for their search.

The Kryptonian survivors who heard Zod's words all felt the same as him. Without saying a word, they immediately started their spaceships and headed toward that coordinate.

"Your Majesty, what should we do next?"

When everything settled down, Luke also received his own battle suit from Jor-El and became the "Superman" in a red cape!

"Luke, you have your own destiny. Now you can do what you have always wanted to do. An old friend has come to see me!"

While Luke was talking to Clark, his eyes were looking into the endless void behind him.

A naked figure emitting blue light was standing there, quietly observing Clark's every move, including Luke.

Luke naturally knew him: the quantum god.

Dr. Manhattan was a special god born in the Watcher universe due to an accident. After discovering that the entire Watcher universe had no value to him, he left that world.

After traveling through time, he arrived in the main universe of the DC Omnipotent World, which is the current universe.

"Yes, Your Majesty the Lord God!"

When Clark heard this, he turned around and left without any hesitation.

Anyone who could become friends with his main god must also be a main god of equal status, and the conversation between them was not something he could participate in.
