Update #56 Home stretch

Night time salutations to you, dear lover of ears pointy.

Well, it's night time for me, anyway. And no, the title is not in reference to me finding salvation in yoga, it means we're close to finishing the episode. Oh, that's what you thought in the first place? Well then.

Discord should be up and running. I've no idea how to run a server, so we'll see how it goes. I'll learn from my mistakes as always, I suppose. God speed to us all.

I think all of you have already been added to Discord by the bot. At least it looks that way to me. It happened very suddenly, I thought there would be another check or something first. Anyway, I finished everything I wanted to do first, so it's all good. I think. Probably. Yeah, probably.

Shadows are back on the menu, baby!

This weeks poll was a resounding yes! Neat! So that'll definitely happen. Saranhil and Sveida are the obvious candidates for getting new outfits in the next episode. Maybe someone else as well, we'll see how the script turns out. You can expect polls for Saranhil and Sveida relatively soon, I just need to cook up some outfits first.

It's also good to see that we have exactly one wildcard among us, that's a good number of wildcards to have. Once you start reaching multiples things get out of hand. As for older outfits showing up again, I might still do that if it really fits the occasion, but since the Senate has spoken new outfits will take precedence.

And render number three. Unlike Donkey, I think you saw this one coming.

I was going to name this update "A tale in three renders". Then I came up with a stupid yoga joke, and I couldn't stop myself. The final scene is up to 83 renders and 8 animations. There's a little more to go, but I'll finish that in the coming days, so the episode should be released in the coming week.

Gotta say, I feel like this is the best scene I've made so far. The worrying thing is that I'm not sure how to surpass it.

I should probably add a link to the Discord in my about page. I was going to renovate that page a bit, come to think of it. Maybe I'll go do that now. Maybe...

I'm going to be pulling an all-nighter either way, need to try and fix my sleep schedule. Oh, if there's anything wonky with Discord, please do let me know.
