This is where I would write the entire update in a rhyming scheme but... uh, yeah, I'm not gonna. I'm pretty sure I would manage to cringe myself out of existence, and that's an accomplishment, believe me.
Anyway, scene 9 is finished, I'm not entirely happy with how the animations turned out, but the overall scene is pretty good. If nothing else it's pretty unique. Probably. Unless the Simpsons already did it. I bet they beat me to it, the smarmy bastards.
The reason the animation was a bit tough is simply because once you have to sync several animations together, that weren't meant to be synced by design already, it gets very fiddly to actually make a nice looking loop out of it.
Since I've seem to have made it a thing to have two pics per update now, have a Saranhil.

Cute!
So these pics are both from the second camping scene. I don't really mention how much time passes in the game. No, scratch that. I don't actually know exactly how much time is passing in the game myself, I figure keeping it vague and reasonably believable is the best way to go.
Since most of this episode is taking place in the dungeon, I think that having scenes of them making camp in the dungeon makes it feel less like an endless delve, and gives a bit of a reprieve. It's also a great opportunity for spicy scenes. No, not the type where they breathe fire. Or just eat spicy food. What do you mean rubbing chili into their eyeballs? People do that? I'm talking about sex, dammit. S-E-X!
Uh, where was I? Right. Scene 10, which is this camping scene that you're getting to see here, is pretty well on it's way. Once again it's the animations that may take some time, though these should be less tricky to make. Then it's on to scene 11.
If you haven't caught on to it yet, what constitutes a scene in my mind is rather arbitrary. Sometimes it's just the one scene, sometimes it's several scenes that are directly connected. Scene 11 is actually quite a few scenes directly connected to each other, and among them is a mucho spicy scene. So, yeah, I'm kind of both anticipating and dreading getting to work on that.
Well, I'm going to wrap this up now.
Thank you very much for your support, and I wish you a spicy week. The good kind of spicy.
