I remember an interesting experience at a shopping mall some years ago. I was walking out, and a middle aged women was right behind me. I kindly opened the door for her to let her by, and she snapped: "I'm a woman! I don't need you to open the door for me! I can do it myself!" I just calmly explained: "I open doors for other people, because I want the same respect given to me."
