Mid January update

heyo everyone! January is half over, and mentioned in the first week that I'd be posting a sort of Timeline for the development of My Boyfriend's a Werecat! well, I half forgot that, half haven't much time to really sit and plan out projected deadlines and goals beyond the most immediate.

But I can give you all an update on how things have been going! 

all the art for the demo's CGs  are done, and mostly need to be fully implemented. the snag on that is the system of how i am displaying CGs is not robust enough to handle what I want to do with the CGs, so it needs some touching up. Additionally, playing thru what i have, i realized there was some tech i was missing. mostly, in handling the menus so shit don't break!

on overall art, while the CGs are done, there is some regular art assets missing atm. namely a few character sprites unfinished, and a few backgrounds missing.

and on sound, I am actually getting assistance from an associate on that, but that stuff is not going to be done until march at least, meaning the first wave of playtests in the demo are going to be sound free, which is not ideal, but what can you do.

I'd like to say late January is still reasonable (and I believe it totally would be, if I didn't have a full time job eating so much time on top of this), but I am pretty sure the missing character sprites and tech fixes are going to take more than 2 weeks to finish.

I'll be posting another update in around a fortnight or so, so we'll see how far I get by then!
