I've spent a second week updating images in Hopepunk City from Poser 11 Firefly renders to Poser 12 Superfly, which I will release as an alpha update later this month.
But as I work on these new pics, I cannot help throw in some fun stuff in the background. In the game's opening scene, you meet a couple of fellow refugees, then when you get your first job (table busser or delivery driver -- the latter requires outdoor or community interest) you run into the refugees again.
I couldn't help notice that the female refugee has orange hair like the "delivery boy" on my favorite cartoon, so I gave her a white t-shirt and red jacket too. Then in the re-render, I added a van loading robot you can see reflected in the van. This took a while to do, but I had fun.

This second was a case of needing to fill a blank space in the marketplace with something, and found a blue wooden box I had in my library. I then added an oddly dressed woman looking around the market to fill up more boring background.

The robot programming boss was just a generic character that appears in this one picture. The old skin and hair I used would not render properly in Poser 12 so I changed it to newer skin and newer hair. That combined with the way the superfly rendering handles the glass in the glasses resulted in an unintentionally funny "nerd".
No pop culture reference here, but the oversized chefs hat on the robot makes me laugh every time I see it, which is why I have not tried resizing it.
