@JasonFallow, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, sorry, my comment was confusing . I can’t recall where I read it but someone said the Ehlers-Danlos syndrome video before the collagen one can help prevent scleroderma if you are prone. I don’t know for sure if it can as I don’t have that.

Sofia Tsekoura: Sclerodermia? Never heard of it but seeing pictures worries me because areas of skin on hands and arm is getting white or thick. Thanks for drawing attention to this - I will stop all collagen boosters now 😳

I hope this doesn't make cheeks round, I just want to improve collagen in my face (especially to get rid of dark circles) but I still want prominent jaw and cheekbones.

Oh I forgot to say that I listen to the Double Chin one too, 3x/day and neck crepiness is disappearing. Tightening is noticeable. I'm in awe. I'm just waiting for my sun hyperpigmentation/age spots to disappear. Any recommendations on which one to listen to for that? Most probably address this but I'm looking for one specifically targeting dark spots. PS. I'm 52. :)

I've been listening to this since Sapien posted it. Listening whenever I can with my Bluetooth speaker that I carry everywhere -- definitely while driving, putting on my makeup, cooking... For the last year I've had extreme family stress where I stopped taking care of myself because I was numb and in survival mode. Things have resolved the last few months but wow, the stress kicked my ass in the looks department. Shockingly so. My friends wanted to call help for me it was that bad. Anyway, a picture was taken of my husband and me last night and for the first time in a year I'm happy with what I see! My face is filled out, bags under eyes are almost gone and I glow. I can't believe the transformation. That's what it looks like. Transformation. I look younger than a year ago. I also listen to Sapiens other videos along with Quadible's. haha I like the combo idea. How about a love bundle? feeling uncoditional love, gratidute and appreciation + attraction of love + the uplift one. Maybe tweak the uplift field more to the love effect for others and the world around you. So that everytime we enter a room everybody forgets his/her worries and only feels happy and filled with love. But without knowing that we/ the fields are the cause of it. They just feel better. If thats possible
