So itโs been a few months of listening to this but I am really starting to see a significant difference. I do not color my hair but had been using least amount of chemical natural temporary color deposits in my hair. I have not used it since mid summer and my white was really spreading. Now it is almost back down to just a few white areas like it had been for years and that does not bother me. I am hoping the grey turns more red it has a red hue to it.
