I didn’t. I don’t think it was good for me. Maybe a little at first but it really had a detrimental effect on my nervous system. It really depressed my vagus nerve and has caused some other issues so I have stopped. I have CPTSD too though so my situation is complicated. I’ve stopped anything that affects the brain.

2023-04-08 00:37:34 +0000 UTCActually it’s the histamine intolerance that creates the food intolerances (not allergies as the body isn’t allergic, just cannot tolerate the build up of histamines which are in most foods and in high concentration in some) not the other way around.
