While I enjoy the first 11 episodes in my opinion this is where the series really ramps up and never looks back. So excited to see more.

Feel so sorry for Junpei losing his mother like that. Rewatching this episode just hurts more. Can't wait for next one :)

Rewatching this episode with you again, made me realise how heartfelt it was. Aside from the dark chaos insanity.

if you gather from the conversation between Mahito and Getou, the finger was planted by them so that Junpei would snap and cause a confrontation between him and Yuji. Remember, these bad guys are sick freaks who like to experiment with human lives.

We've seen Ieiri before. She is the doctor who was going to dissect Yuji and who told him not to feel guilty for killing the transfigured humans.
Also you may have missed it, but when Geto and Mahito were speaking on the roof, Geto straight up says they were the ones who planted the finger. So it wasn't the bully who did it.

When Nanami said he needs to go to Ieiri-san for treatment he was talking about Ieiri Shoko, the brown haired doctor who was going to disect Yuji's corpse and who helped cover up Yuji's resurrection.
