He's been a lot of things, both live action and animation, but you might of heard him in Pixar movies like Toys Story or The Incredibles. You can always tell it's him because he does have a very distinct voice. Also, yes that was James Hong who voiced the shop owner in the same episode, AKA Po's dad. You will hear him in way more stuff as you react.
