The Curse of Rafinesque
Added 2024-10-30 15:00:06 +0000 UTCThe Curse of Rafinesque was a (mostly) true story I told in Phables about Transylvania University in Kentucky. It's one of my favorite comics from that series. According to legend, something tragic happens at Transylvania University every seven years. The last "Curse Year," by the way, was 2018.
Phables was a series of full-page comics that ran in the Philadelphia Daily News from 2007-2008. It was the only time I've been nominated for an Eisner Award.
