After Scarlett joins the brothel, I want there to be a side quest for when she goes back to Avia and the peasants gather enough money to buy Scarlett for a night.
Creampie for all the peasants - The peasants will take turns cumming inside their beloved princess. Quest dialogue will revolve around the peasants trying to knock Scarlett up.
Titfuck all night - The peasants can't resist playing with Scarlett's breasts. Quest dialogue will revolve around guys using her breasts and ignoring the rest of her body.
