It turns out his feet are extremely ticklish and Kaa delights in making his helpless victim squirm as his tongue finds all of Mowgli's worst spots.

Again, well done, though I first thought those lines under the eyes were Mowgli's closed eyes, if I'm honest. I think that could be left out. I find this light red really good. I also think you could show the foot licking/tickling a bit better, Kaa's tongue looks more like it's next to her feet than tickling them. I really like Mowgli's "bondage" here. It looks very stable and realistic here, although I think the tail would have rather been by his feet (and tickle them too) than where it is now. The bondage also leaves open whether he's naked or not, which of course pleases both variants ^^. (Me and my constant criticism. I'm bad). Still a nice character selection, am curious to see what and who else will come.
