Introducing. Morktwyll - the darkest dragon. The devourer.
Ancient dead evil that stands opposite any life form or energy.
The only way he can arrive in our world, is being summoned with the darkest spell that even has no name. The sorcerer sacrifice his life and 5 more lives, giving it to Morktwyll, so he can return. 6 lifes for 1.
I’ve been working on this dragon a lot, with the idea and mechanic.
In two words, he’s devouring the energy. Any type of energy. Life energy, electric, heat, magical... It collects incide his belly, making it bigger and change it’s colour. All energy SLOWLY converts into his dark (green) magic and make Morktwyll grow bigger and stronger.
It’s ability is almost unlimited, but there’s just one tiny weakness. If Morktwyll gulps down too much energy, before it converts into his dark substance, he’s gonna inflate like a balloon and... you know what happens next.
