thinking on things

so i'm starting to question keeping 4K res for animations
for 3 reasons:
- 4k takes a long time, like twice the amount of time it'd take if it was 2K instead, and i feel like windows update fucked something up
- storage space and upload times, i'm very limited on both front, it's bad, i have to use my mobile data to upload stuff cuz the bandwidth is better
- speaking of mobile, i've received multiple (not many but still enough) reports that 4k vids don't work on them, i investigated and past mobiles having format reading issues, 4k just straight up don't work (or barely)
while i ponder about how i wanna touch the problem and considering im not doing a good job at advertising patroon, it does make me wonder why people sub to the tier 2, and considering my love of democracy, i wanna ask you what made you want to sub

also bit of an update the anim release tomorrow, but the alt will release slightly later cuz WINDOWS REBOOTED MID RENDER DURING THE NIGHT AND BASICALLY CANCELLED IT
