At work and in life/activism, I have an easy time slotting my self into leadership and administrator style roles when I'm doing small to medium scale group projects, usually because it's just a gap that's needs filling and I'm just carrying out the vision of someone else higher up. I like being the one that designates roles based on skills and overseeing progress on a project as well as providing feedback and ideas to the 'big boss'. But I struggle with the concept of leading larger groups, especially when it comes to having my own vision for things realised, it just seems so daunting and high stakes. But it's also something I really want to do. Do you have any advice?
